16. Intellectual Property

Gist Clinic and its related software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Gist Agency, unless otherwise stated.

Using Gist Clinic does not transfer ownership of the platform or its intellectual property to the user or customer organization.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of Gist Clinic will be handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian law and any relevant contractual arrangements between Gist Agency and the customer organization.
