The Clients area provides a central place for managing the people receiving services from your clinic.
Client Records
A client record can contain information such as:
- Name
- Contact information
- WhatsApp number
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Address
- Emergency contact
- Additional personal information
Access to information depends on the user’s permissions and relationship to the client.
Adding a Client
Authorized users can create a client record from the Clients area or as part of supported operational workflows.
Enter the available client information and save the record.
Make sure contact information is accurate, as it may be used throughout appointment and communication workflows.
Client 360
Authorized Admin users can open a client’s workspace to see a consolidated view of their activity.
Client 360 is organized around areas such as:
- Overview
- Appointments
- Clinical
- Billing
- Timeline
This reduces the need to search across different parts of the system for information relating to the same client.
Appointments
The client’s appointment history provides context about previous and upcoming appointments.
Authorized users can use this area to review appointment information and continue relevant workflows.
Clinical Information
Clinical information is permission-controlled.
Depending on the user’s authorization and clinical capability, the system may provide access to information such as:
- Session Notes
- Diagnoses
- Medication
- Lab Requests
- Imaging Requests
- Homework
- Psychological Scales
- Clinical Files
Administrative access alone does not automatically grant unrestricted clinical access.
Billing
Authorized users can review financial activity associated with the client, including relevant:
- Invoices
- Payments
- Penalties
- Discounts
- Refund-related information
Client Timeline
The Timeline brings relevant events together chronologically to provide a broader view of the client’s history.
The information shown remains subject to the user’s permissions.
Important
A Client is not permanently assigned to one clinic location.
Clinic context comes from operational records such as appointments and authorized clinical records.
